Premium Shipping: 6 USD per order, to any destination we serve.
It is the only option we offer, and it includes all three: a tracking code, an insured parcel and fast delivery.
What Premium Shipping includes

Shipping cost is always shown before you confirm your order, with no surprise charges afterwards.
Tracking number
When your order leaves our warehouse we send you the tracking code over WhatsApp, together with the link to follow it.
If 72 hours after that notice the tracking shows no movement, message us and we will look into it with you.

Note: transit time depends on whether the address is in a central or a remote area. In capitals and major cities it is usually at the low end of the range; in small or remote towns it can reach the upper end or slightly exceed it.
These are estimates. They can vary due to customs, local holidays or carrier issues, all outside our control.
Where we ship
We regularly ship to Peru, Chile, Mexico, the United States, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil and most of Europe.
Countries we currently do not ship to:
- Bolivia
- Ecuador
- Venezuela
- Paraguay
If your country is not on the list of regular destinations, check with us on WhatsApp before buying.
Customs and duties
Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before confirming. Parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, incur a new shipping charge payable by the customer.
If you spot a mistake in your address, message us as soon as possible: if the order has not shipped yet, we fix it free of charge.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking says delivered but you have not received the parcel, or it arrives damaged, message us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging.
